Tape & Reel

Taping is performed to the most current EIA standard: RS-481.

Standard turnaround time is 1 to 3 days.
From the smallest parts to the largest, we carry a large selection of embossed carrier tapes, including semiconductive, carbon-impregnated PVC carrier tape for static-sensitive devices ranging from 8mm up to 120mm.

Custom tooling for non-standard parts (ICs, metal stamping, etc.) can be done within 24 hours (sometimes at no additional tooling cost) to meet the exact specifications of a component.

Moisture-sensitive parts are handled in accordance with EIA-625. Dry packing is provided at no additional cost.

Peel force testing is performed on every reel.
